What is Exercise Therapy?

Exercise Therapy is one-on-one fitness guidance, which is caring, holistic, and therapeutic. Caring, because I guide from my heart. Holistic, because I am aware you are more than your body. Therapeutic, because correct exercise movements are healing.

Exercise Therapy is my unique service, endorsed by an increasing number of physicians, who refer patients requiring body movement training as part of a rehabilitation and/or preventive health care program.
